The Layered Bed

SacEdited1

With 2015 right around the corner, it’s time to focus on sprucing up your house. There is nothing I love more than creating a cozy bed for cold winter days. Lately it’s been especially chilly. Now you may think I’d be the type of gal to have an all white bed, but that’s not the case. When it comes to putting together bedding I’m all about a layered look with multiple patterns mixed together. To show you how I put together my layered bedding I’ve partnered with Anthropologie to show you how I’ve mastered the art of bed layering.

The best way to mix patterns and textures is by using the same tones. If you keep them in the same color family, everything will pair together beautifully.

You can also achieve this same look in your own bedroom with the items below. I know I’ve been wanting to stay in bed a little bit longer now that it has all of these soft linens on it.
