Style: Our Happy Place

It’s hard to believe that summer is right around the corner. Where did time go? We’ve had a small dose of summer-like weather here in San Francisco and my mind is having major wanderlust. I’ve been dreaming of all the warm weather spots I’d like to travel to – Todos Santos, Havana, and Kauai. Let’s just say, this sunshine has me adding a little more color into our family’s wardrobe – I know, I know – it’s a little shocking.

When warm weather hits, all I can think about wearing are soft flowy dresses that are light and airy, beautiful linen, and having that go-to pair of sandals that work with just about anything. This is one thing I love about Old Navy – they constantly have these pieces available for everyone in the family.

Since I’m only seven weeks away from having baby girl, it’s quite essential to have a few pieces on rotation that I can count on each morning. My must have pieces this month are this white dress, tees, and Old Navy jeans. They are a MUST people! I live in them and swear by them. If you are pregnant run, don’t walk to get yourself a pair in several washes.

What’s the most important about the change of weather and season, is that our family gets outside to enjoy the simple joys of impromptu trips to the beach or park – and most importantly – have fun with each other. So, embrace this time of year and go have some silly moments with your loved ones!
