  • a brand new week . . .

This weekend was blissful – days were spent by the pool in Calistoga, dinner at Press was delightful (huge thanks to Sam of Sequin Harvest for the reservation and bubbly) and ending the weekend waking up to find a feature I was anticipating being so much more than I expected. It was incredibly well written and to be on the front page of the San Francisco Chronicles Home & Garden section with my mom on mothers day was so special. To read the full article pop over here. A few things I’m loving – fresh produce from the farmers market, adding that last layer of jewelry to my daily outfits and my new favorite thing . . . March Pantry’s olive oil – drizzle it on anything and it’s utterly divine. How was your mothers day weekend? I hope all of you celebrated the special women in your life. Cheers to a new week upon us and check back here a little later this morning. I’ll be sharing something you won’t want to miss. Photo by Caitlin Flemming #lifestyle

  • bedroom inspiration . .

Yesterday in my “four favorites” post I featured the Ornate bed – well I can’t stop thinking about it and Christiane from Dwell Studio asked how I would decorate it if I owned it. I was totally up for taking a little bit of time to get creative and put together an inspiration board. As you all know, I had to stick to my neutral colors, but added in fun textures to spice it up. The mix of a Madeline Weinrib rug, Bungalow 5 lamp, CB2 dressers and West Elm and Dwell Studio pillows make for a cozy sanctuary to cuddle in every night. Now that I’ve created this board I wish the bed could magically appear at my doorstep. #interiors

  • a brand new week . . .

Cheers to a new week! This weekend was all about enjoying the beautiful weather we were graced with here in San Francisco. I took a walk along the ocean with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge, had a successful trip to the flea market with Grant, and ended the weekend with a leisurely afternoon in a stunning rose garden – although it was jam packed, I’m sun kissed and ready to start the week. A few things I’m loving this week – the new Rodin perfume (it’s divine), fresh flowers, and vintage gift wrapping essentials (which were a few of MANY treasures I picked up at the flea market). I wish I could have fit the chairs that I got in this image – pop over to instagram to see. Hope all of you have a great Monday – our office is off to an all day retreat in Napa! • a peek inside my kitchen with the everygirl

Today I’m excited to be featured on the Everygirl with Erin from Apartment 34. You’ll get a little glimpse into what it’s like to decorate and live with a big and tiny kitchen. It was so much fun working with the lovely and talented Kate Webber – her photos are incredible. I’ve received a lot of emails asking to see my kitchen because I’ve never really featured it in my home tours. Well friends, here it is. So feast your eyes – it’s teeny tiny! Click on over to read the entire feature, here! A HUGE thanks to both Alaina and Danielle for having us today!! #interiors

  • a brand new week . . .

Monday, a bittersweet day since this weekend was quite magical. It began with a picture perfect brunch with Kinfolk Magazine – from the group of people to the food to the small farmers market they put together, every detail filled my soul with inspiration for what we do on a daily basis here in the creative industry. I feel honored and quite lucky to have attended. Here are a few images I took of the event. The rest of the weekend was simply lovely. I caught up with my bestie that lives in London, said farewell to a bestie moving to New York and then drove to Marin to bask in the sunshine with my two college girlfriends. Surrounding myself with my favorite ladies this weekend was exactly what I needed to rejuvenate myself. What did you do this past weekend? Can you believe today is the last day of April? I certainly can’t. I hope all of you have a beautiful week ahead.Cheers! Photos by Caitlin Flemming #lifestyle

  • a brand new week . . .

Happy Monday! This weekend I enjoyed quality time with my mom with incredible weather and going to a good friends pop-up shop (where I discovered some pretty amazing treasures). It was quite delightful. A few things I’m loving – the new issue of Domino just hit the stands last week, which I have yet to have time to sit down to read (hopefully I will tonight), stunning blooms have made our apartment smell like a garden, and this April poem is just lovely (printed by my new favorite book source Book / Shop). I hope all of you had a blissful weekend and that your week ahead is splendid. Photo by Caitlin Flemming #lifestyle
