There is nothing more inviting than having friends over in a comfortable outdoor setting. When Lonny ask me to dream up a look that anyone could do to create an outdoor living room – I jumped at the chance to design this outdoor oasis.
From the beginning, I knew I wanted to keep it neutral but at the same time, I wanted to have a variety of textures and surfaces that would keep it from looking too sterile. I grouped a variety of my favorite pillows and put them together with an incredible Moroccan throw. In addition, I added baskets – old and new – that I have been collecting for years. The rug and the wicker chair just make the space scream for someone to settle in and read your favorite book.
