Every trip to Austin I’ve been so focused on the food scene that I completely forget about visiting the small shops. This trip, I didn’t. I was all about driving around town hoping to find a few favorites to share with all of you. Luckily I had a little help from Camille. First of two shops up for today is Nannie Inez, located in the South Austin area. Owned by the ever so darling Deeyn Rhodes and Lonzo Jackson, I was greeted with open arms right when I stepped in the door. They immediately had me smitten. As I walked through their space eyeing each unique piece, Deeyan had a beautiful story to tell about everything – how they found it, where it was from, every single thing made me more and more intrigued about each product they had sourced. Friends, this isn’t a shop to miss. Deeyan and Lonzo have selected such special pieces to bring into their incredible shop. They carried items from Alyson Fox, MacMaster Lighting, Room 39, Donna Wilson, and Hay (one of my favorites!). So if you find yourself in the Austin area be sure to pop into Nannie Inez – I guarantee you’ll be leaving feeling inspired!
