I’m getting so excited to share Jackson’s new room with you. One more week until the BIG reveal! We just finished up shooting the entire room this morning. It’s SO GOOD! I actually haven’t been this excited about a room in a long time. It came together exactly how I envisioned – with a few minor edits along the way.
It’s been a busy week hanging the ceiling light fixture – a task that you would think would be quick easy but it a rather complicated in my old apartment. Photo below of what we uncovered when taking down his old light.
Let’s just say, the light fixture that we ordered from Hayneedle is up and makes the room. Plus, Jackson thinks it’s “awesome” as he said when he got home from school.
Earlier this week I also had the daunting task of styling his room. Why is it so hard to do in your own home and not clients home? I get so incredibly nervous! I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m insanely giddy with how his entire room came together. Both Eric and I talk about how we wish we could sleep in his room.
