I can't believe Monday is already here - this weekend went by entirely too fast! And a few days in Carmel is just what I needed. Unfortunately, I had to say goodbye to my mom today. It was so nice spending quality time with her this past week.
Putting together my inspiration board in Carmel was a blast – my aunt’s home is filled with beautiful treasures. So I had to add in a few of her things that I loved in her home – this old saint is from Taos, New Mexico and this Matisse book is from her incredible book collection (so jealous of it). We went shopping in Carmel Valley to escape the fog and soak up some sunshine. One of our go to spots is Tancredi & Morgen where I found an amazing blue and white french bowl and an old toast holder that I’m going to use to store my business cards from Maisonette. Then we headed into Carmel by the Sea for a little JCrew retail therapy, where I found this beautiful necklace.
